Steven T. Bear has spent his entire professional career working in the executive search industry. Recruited by Wingate Dunross, Inc. in 1989, he initially joined the firm’s Real Estate Division, emphasizing assignments in the Development, Finance, Construction and Asset Management areas of that industry.

Steve subsequently formed the company’s Energy Resource Division, conducting searches for clients in the Oil and Gas, Independent Power and Alternative Energy fields. Initially serving national markets, he was instrumental in expanding the firm’s retained practice by successfully completing numerous assignments internationally.

In 1999, as a result of his leadership, commitment, and client development expertise, Steve was promoted to Executive Vice President, where his responsibilities were expanded to include the management and direction of specialized assignments encompassing a variety of industries and functional areas.
