Ken Gilmour has played a significant role with Wingate Dunross, Inc. since 1995, when he joined the firm to provide backup for its active practice in the placement of healthcare professionals.

Since then Ken has successfully placed a number of middle and senior management executives in radiology, facilities, quality and risk management, pharmaceuticals and case management, and has expanded into working with financial professionals.

Ken brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to WDI — with an extensive management background in both manufacturing and services. Possessing strong people skills, he has created a number of training and motivational programs focusing on integrity and commitment, both of which are areas Ken exemplifies.
